Strategic Planning - Homelessness
Mason County, WA

In 2025 View led a strategic planning process to address housing and homelessness in Mason County, WA. Over a limited 8-month period we conducted a community partners summit, interviews, survey, focus groups, and data analysis to develop an understanding of local needs and vision. The final report included a system map, gaps analysis, evaluation of costs and impacts, and community-led recommendations for a 5-year strategy. (Together with Partners for Community Impact)

Meeting Facilitation - Funding
Solano County, CA

When Solano CoC needed an independent facilitator to coordinate a key local funding decision, View was asked to build a non-conflicted review team and lead the process. Using a fair and balanced scoring tool, View is actively helping the review team to navigate difficult discussions and reach the award decision. (Together with Partners for Community Impact)

Technical Assistance - CoC FY25/FY26 NOFO
Santa Barbara, CA
2025
In the Fall of 2025, View provided technical support to Santa Barbara Continuum of Care to navigate the requirements of FY25 HUD CoC NOFO. This included design and implementation of the NOFO process. (Together with Partners for Community Impact)

Community Engagement - Housing
Clayton County, GA
2026
In 2026 View will serve as the community engagement arm of a multi-disciplinary team developing a Housing Assessment and Strategy for Clayton County, GA. The plan will explore economic conditions in the area and pathways for future development. View will also provide expertise on homelessness for the team. (Together with KB Advisory Group)

Point in Time Count Coordination
Alameda County, CA 2026
City of San Francisco, 2026
For the January 2026 PIT, View provided project management support to both the City of San Francisco and the County of Alameda, CA. View also conducted training for the more than 1500 volunteers and local housing staff registered to canvas and survey people experiencing homelessness in the community. View is currently continuing support in communications and developing final reports for both regions. (Contracted with Simtech Solutions)

Coordinated Entry System Evaluation
Ventura County, CA
2025
The Ventura County Continuum of Care called upon View to develop a full evaluation of their Coordinated Entry System performance. View conducted interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis to develop a report and recommendations. Suggestions center around efficiency and equity to best utilize limited resources. (Together with Partners for Community Impact)
