View Community Advisors was founded in April 2025 by Kimberly Natarajan. We believe real change happens when communities are at the center of strategy. After years working across public systems, policy, and grassroots initiatives, we have seen decisions made with and without the input of those most affected with a variety of results.

With deep experience in strategic planning, systems change, and authentic community engagement, View Community Advisors helps organizations align partnerships, plan for big issues such as increasing workforce wages, and lead data-driven efforts such as point-in-time counts. We have a vision to  make systems more responsive, collaborative, and community-led.
